Shop formats ship in 3–5 working days once artwork is approved. Custom design projects usually run two to three weeks including prototypes, and custom print runs add one to two weeks after approval.

Everything that touches food uses certified food-grade stocks with proper barriers, and printed inks stay on the outer face. Cup, pouch, clamshell and carrier formats are all food-safe as standard.

Yes. Send print-ready files and we will pre-flight them free; send a logo and rough ideas and our designers will build the rest. Every order includes an artwork check before anything prints.

We ship nationwide. Cartons travel flat to keep postage low; cups, pouches and carriers ship nested and sleeved. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Photograph the damage within 7 days and we will replace the affected units or refund them — your choice. Every batch is quality-checked before it leaves, so this is rare.

Shop orders pay securely at checkout. Custom projects are quoted fixed-price: 50% to start, 50% on approval before print. No hidden extras, ever.
