Two cups, zero spills, one brand.
Flimsy carriers collapse, spill and hide the brand. We moved the café to a molded-fiber carrier with a deep cup seat, a carry handle that balances the load, and a printable front panel carrying the wordmark in green and pink.

Approach
Balance tested on real streets.
We walk-tested prototypes loaded with full hot cups — curbs, stairs, car seats. The handle arch was reshaped twice before the carrier passed the one-hand carry test without tilting, and the base was widened so it sits flat on café counters.
Stackability keeps a week of carriers in one small shelf slot.
Outcome
Takeaway for two, minus the drama.
Spill complaints dropped to near zero, and the printed panel turns every pair of coffees into a branded delivery. Compostable fiber means the whole thing goes in the food-waste bin, guilt-free.
