Burger Clamshell.
A grease-resistant clamshell for a burger joint — big graphics on every panel, steam vents that keep the crunch.
Overview
Fast food, slow-designed box.
Delivery burgers arrive steamed and sad in the wrong box. We specified a grease-resistant board with venting that lets steam escape, then wrapped every panel — lid, base, inside — in the joint's loud, playful graphics.

Approach
Tested with real burgers, not renders.
We ran hot-hold trials: burgers boxed for fifteen, twenty-five and forty minutes, scored for crunch, temperature and box integrity. Vent placement was tuned from the results, and the board grade was bumped where grease struck through.
The smile mark inside the lid rewards everyone who opens the box — the most-photographed inch of the whole project.
Outcome
Crunch that survives the ride.
The boxes stack without crushing, vent without leaking, and photograph brilliantly open or closed. Delivery reviews mentioning packaging turned from complaints into compliments within a month of the switch.
