Folding Gift Box.
A flat-ship folding carton for gift sets — patterned print inside and out, crisp folds, zero glue-line surprises.
Overview
A gift box that starts the gift early.
The client sold curated gift sets in plain shipper boxes — the unboxing felt like an afterthought. We designed a folding carton printed on both faces: bold pattern outside, playful smile print inside, so opening the box is part of the present.

Approach
Engineered to fold, designed to delight.
Cartons live or die on their scores. We prototyped three board weights to find the fold that creases cleanly without cracking the print, then locked the dieline. Artwork was mapped panel by panel so patterns align across every edge.
Flat shipping keeps storage tiny; assembly takes seconds with no tape or glue.
Outcome
Sets that photograph themselves.
The inside smile print became the client's most-tagged detail — customers post the open box as often as the gift. Retail-ready, mailer-tough, and unmistakably theirs from every angle.
