Innovative printed cup PARCELMINT

Innovation in packaging rarely looks like a gadget. It looks like a box that folds in four seconds, a pouch that stands straighter, a carrier that never spills. Five structural ideas we keep reusing.

Vented clamshells that keep crunch

Steam is the enemy of fried food. Small, well-placed vents let it escape without leaking grease — the difference between a burger that travels and one that steams itself soggy. See it in our burger clamshell project.

Carriers with a real balance point

Most two-cup carriers tilt because the handle sits in the wrong place. Moving the arch two centimeters recenters the load so the carrier hangs level with one finger. Tiny change, zero spills.

“The best structural trick is the one the customer never notices — they just notice nothing went wrong.”

Pouches that stand at attention

A deeper bottom gusset and stiffer seal profile make stand-up pouches stand through shipping, shelving and half-empty pantries. Upright packs sell; slumped packs don't.

Cartons printed on the inside

The inside face is free real estate. A pattern, a message, a smile — it turns opening into an event for almost no extra print cost. Our gift box project leans on this hard.

Right-sized everything

Oversized packs waste board, postage and shelf space. Designing to the product's true dimensions — not the next standard size up — is the cheapest innovation of all.
